Formation of Women club at Maramkunnu Hamlet
Mr. Jyothish Kumar , Neethi Vedhi Vythiri taluk coordinator, took initiative to convene women from Maramkunnu Hamlet in Vengappally.

As part of Indigenous day celebrations, Neethi Vedhi organized tribal poetry fest on 9th August. Seven young poets- Mr Sukumaran Chalighadha, Mr Vinu Kidachulan, Mr Hareesh Poothadi, Ms Bindhu, Mr Ajayan Madoor, Ms Santhi, Ms Sreeja-belonging to different adivasi communities presented poems written by them. Mr K I Thomas, Chairman, District Peace Forum who moderated the session handed over mementos to the poets.
