Training for Core team volunteers

Panchayat core team volunteers of Neethi Vedhi participated in two days training held on 20th and 21st September at OISCA, Meenangadi. Adv. Jomol Joy took classes on Mediation and Art of listening. The practical group mediation exercise was very helpful to understand the techniques to be used for effective mediation. The personal sharing regarding a painful experience between two participants was a very meaningful exercise. The members presented different cultural programs in the evening.

Neethi Vedhi President Adv. Fr. Stephen Mathew explained about the role and responsibilities of core team volunteers. An action plan for the coming six months was prepared. 34 volunteers from different Panchayats participated in the training program. Ms. Flaisy Jose, director of Neethi Vedhi, facilitated the evaluation session and proposed vote of thanks.
