A preliminary training for the core team members selected from different panchayats of Wayanad district was held at Neethi Vedhi office on 30th June 2021. Mr James Thomas welcomed the participants. Mr. K I Thomas, chairman of district peace forum, inaugurated the program. Adv. Fr. Stephen Mathew was the resource person for the training. The need of interfaith peace building was stressed in view of the increasing polarization and false propaganda using religion. The members were asked to organize peace committee meeting and youth harmony club meeting in their respective panchayats. Ms Flaisy Jose, the director, thanked all core team members for their willingness to work for peace in their locality.
