The representatives form different Panchayaths met along with governing body members and staff of Neethi Vedhi immediately after the inauguration of the new office building on 19th February 2026. Mr. Thomas sir, district peace committee chairman presided over the meeting. The members discussed about reorganization of Panchayath level committees and proposed dates for the Panchayath level meetings. It was decided to organize tribal youth meet on 28th February and women's day celebration on 10th March. A sharing session on the way forward of Neethi Vedhi was also held during the meeting. Fr. Stephen Mathew facilitated the discussion Ms. Flaisy Jose proposed vote of thanks to all participants.
