In view of the upcoming panchayat elections, Neethi Vedhi peace committee of Muttil Panchayat organized a meeting of representatives from different political parties. Mr. George, peace committee chairman, presided over the meeting. Mr. James Thomas, coordinator of Neethi Vedhi facilitated the session. It was decided that no candidate or political party will make hate speech or personal attack on the opposing candidates. They will not disturb the peace and tranquility in the area. Ms. Valsa, Ms. Sabitha and Mr. Faisal took lead in organizing the program.
