55 students from the Anappara hamlet in the encroached forest land in Meppadi Panchayat were finding it hard to continue their education

The new women group started at Kambalakad in Kaniyambetta Panchayat had the Onam celebration on 30th August. There were different competitions for women and children. The group has members from different religions and it was a new experience to share their concept of Onam with each other and to have celebrations together. Payasam was prepared by all members together and distributed to the family members of the locality.
